The North Star Corn Maze invites your company, group, organization or reunion to a catered farm-style picnic in our VIP tent.  Experience a piece of rural Iowa with home-cooked vittles and fixen's served in a charming country theme--a farm dinner from yesterday.  If you're tired of the same old boring picnics, invite your group to a celebration of Iowa hospitality, down on the farm.  This special catering offer requires a minimum of 25 individuals.

There are pumpkins, Indian corn, mini pumpkins, and gifts sold at the North Star Gift Shop.  Children can search our pumpkin patch for the perfect pumpkin.

Our moonlight mazing is very popular--Just bring your flashlight.  If it's a full moon weekend, however, that's all you'll need is just the moon!  Full Moon weekends in 2008:  Sept. 12, 13 & 14 / Oct. 10, 11 & 12

The North Star Corn Maze is also prepared for Halloween, with activities for all generations.  A Kiddie Haunt is available for ages 3 to 10.  Call the North Star Corn Maze for the date.  The kids will be given a guided tour through half of the maze and then given a hayride back to the Victory tent to pick out a pumpkin and get a treat bag (while supplies last).  Cost is $6 per child with one adult allowed to accompany one child.

The Haunted Halloween Maze will be held October 31, November 1 & 2, from 7 p.m. to 1 a.m. Navigate the haunted maze in the dark with help from ghouls and guys with chainsaws!  Cost is $8 and no masks/costumes are allowed, must have FLASHLIGHT.  Free admission tickets or discount coupons will not be valid for this haunted event.  Regular mazing from noon to 5:00 only on those days.

Tour our authentic Log Home right on the property for a look at pioneer life on the farm!

Sit a spell in our Victory tent.  Nightly campfires are conducive to roasting marshmallows and telling your own civil war stories; or check out our concession stand and relax while listening to music or watching TV.
